Does Aaron (owner/builder) do the work himself?

Yes, the majority of Aaron’s time is working on-site with his crew to ensure smooth progress and attention to detail. All questions from clients and decisions made concerning the project go through him. At times, he needs to meet with other clients or procure necessary paperwork from government offices, which takes some time away from his actual on-site presence.  Because we do have multiple projects happening simultaneously, Aaron does his best to stagger his time between each one while placing a trusted foreman in management of each crew during his absence.  If a project calls for custom services, Aaron uses a variety of local artists, carpenters, designers, etc. who specialize in that particular craft.
