With over a decade of construction experience as a business owner and contractor, plus multiple years of employment as an apprentice, Aaron is well-steeped in every area of construction. Our team is continuously educating ourselves with new technology, materials, and implementation.

We strive to always be considerate and honest when communicating with our clients whether we're working inside or outside their home.
Quality
Our quality of work and attention to detail is something we never take lightly. We’ve found that other local builders may have lower prices or complete a project more quickly, but the quality of work usually is unsatisfactory compared to our standard. We don’t “cut-corners” and we aim for complete customer satisfaction both in our communications and work.
Aaron Theodore (owner/builder) currently lives with his wife and two children in Boyne City, Michigan. He moved back to his home state of Michigan in 2008 after living and working overseas as a Community Development Practitioner.
He has experience providing construction services and general home maintenance all over the world including building a home for his family overseas in a developing nation and training the indigenous men in new construction skills. Aaron has worked on upscale homes in Connecticut, New York and now Michigan.
Aaron has always had a passion for providing superior, quality craftsmanship intertwined with a spirit of integrity. Many clients have been surprised by his ability to provide creative solutions to complicated projects.
The business-name “Legacy” was inspired by the many hours spent even as a young man working side-by-side with both grandfathers on construction projects. Their standard of excellence and quality service fostered a love for the trade in Aaron, thus leaving behind a legacy.
